Signature Wedding Package

Ideal for up to a 52-guest wedding reception. There is a minimum two-night buyout of the lodge and accommodations, and the Signature Wedding Package is inclusive of 32 guests and additional guests.

Your special day at Treetops with the Signature Wedding Package includes:

Two nights' accommodation exclusive use of Treetops—32 guests twin share
Pre-wedding night includes pre-dinner drinks and cold canapés followed by 4 course meal for 32 in house guests
Wedding reception dinner—a 3 course dinner for 32 in house guests (with ability to increase numbers for wedding reception dinner to 52)
Full gourmet breakfast served in the breakfast room both mornings for 32 in house guests
Light lunch for 32 guests on wedding day
Bottle of French Champagne and cheese platter in bride & groom suite on arrival (one)
Late checkout for the wedding couple
Menu and wine tasting for the Bride and Groom arranged 2 months prior
Wedding co-ordination up to 10 hours

All alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, except for pre-dinner house wine/beer with cold canapés night preceding wedding. Hot or cold canapés are additional for wedding reception dinner POA.
Maximum co-ordination by lodge of 10 hours is included in package once quote and deposit is paid - additional wedding co-ordination, and on wedding day charged at NZ $150/$160 per hour.
Post 11:30pm all staffing costs will be additional to wedding package costs - POA.
Two-night min lodge stay required 100% occupancy.

Payment Details:

50% of the total stay within seven days of booking wedding.
The remaining 50% is due 90-60 days before arrival and can be made by bank transfer or credit card.
100% cancellation fee 60 days out.
A valid credit card must be provided for beverage costs and will be preauthorised at $100 per guest.

Elopement Package

An exclusive and romantic setting for your intimate and private elopement, plus special touches to complete your perfect ceremony.

Light lunch for Bride and Groom on wedding day

A lovely place to recharge, our plan to explore Rotorua evaporated into the forest mist as we settled into Treetops.

One of the most beautiful places I've ever visited. Not just because of the scenery and luxurious accommodation, but because of the staff. There are so warm and friendly, and make you feel like family during your stay.

We were interested in nearby Rotorua - the volcanos, the Maori sites and even the kitschy Hobbiton tour - but Treetops easily could be a destination itself.

Elegance, charm and exceptional service.. This lodge is a bit off the beaten track… but the drive is worth it. The staff is forthcoming, eager and totally dedicated to making the experience first class.

The long treks that take you back in time and beyond everything related to anxiety, stress and things you really want to forget about!!! You are just in the present!! Here and now!

Stunning place tucked into a magnificent ancient forest including walks to a waterfall and all kinds of cooking lessons to boot! A truly special getaway from all the stress of daily life.

The road winding up to the lodge is charming and, though unpaved, serves as a sort of slowdown in preparation of the relaxed and kind atmosphere of the Lodge ahead…

An amazing surprise of an experience. From the warm arrival to the succulent food and the huge suites you feel pampered from start to finish. I would recommend this home away from home to anyone wanting a beautiful retreat with lots of onsite experiences to indulge in.

Beautiful and Secluded - The perfect place for a getaway. Service is top-notch, and the setting is exquisite. Having dinner here is a must - they have very talented chefs. The main lodge is so lovely, and it's a pleasure to relax with a glass of wine after a day of sightseeing.
