Accommodation

Treetops Lodge & Estate has four luxury suites in an apartment wing within the main building of the lodge. Each room has its own en-suite and opens onto a communal living room & kitchen area. The living room has a television and a fireplace. The Lodge Wing at Treetops is the perfect place for beauticians and bridesmaids to fuss over the bride!

Our eight luxury villas are positioned on the estate. Each villa boasts its own sitting room area, fireplace, kitchenette, mini bar, television, and radio.  The Treetops villas are luxurious and spacious with fantastic view of the estate.

The above rates are inclusive of a four course gourmet dinner, luxury accommodation and breakfast the following morning. All beverages can be charged on a per person basis throughout your dinner and reception celebration.

Exclusive use and more than 26 guests of Treetops Lodge & Wilderness Experience, the tariff is as follows:

Tariff includes: accommodation, continental breakfast, afternoon tea and gourmet four course dinner.

Exclusive use of Treetops Lodge allows you to decide what happens on your day. Dining times are flexible, full use of the lodge estate is yours and the opportunity to sit with our chef and discuss your menu options.

The main lodge and Great Room is the perfect place for larger style wedding and can seat up to 120 people. 

For the smaller intimate occasion, our main dinning room can seat up to 40 people in comfort and style.

The lodge boasts many smaller rooms if you require more space for your day, or if you wish to keep your special day small.

Please note:  If you are planning a wedding at Treetops Lodge and Wilderness Experience, there will be a venue and hire charge for use of the main lodge.

Food & Beverage

Let our experienced Head Chef help plan your meals, from glorious brunch ideas to gourmet plated dinners, we can match any taste!

Price is on a per person basis depending on food selections.

We have a number of beverage options that you can choose from – bar can be on a cash bar basis, or full charge to one account.

Extras & Services

Treetops can assist by referring you to trusted suppliers for many things from Flowers to Photography. Please advise if you require further details on suppliers.

The Icing on the Cake…

Treetops know that this is a special day for all involved, and it is also a whirl wind of friends, family & laughter. After all this head back to your room for some Complimentary Champagne and a bubble bath and enjoy!

Transfers

Transfers for your guests to and from Rotorua airport can be reserved at a flat rate of NZD$145.00 + 12.5% GST per vehicle per trip. The cars from the airport can accommodate up to 4 people and taking into consideration an average amount of luggage per person.
