The perfect accommodation option for families or groups of couples looking for the flexibility of self catering along with something a bit different. This house sleeps a maximum of 8, with a variety of bedding configurations between 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. Kitchen facilities and  lounge area with satellite television and woodburner are furnished in a rustic style. The outside of the house boasts a large deck with gas BBQ and ample seating. 1.4 kilometres from the Main Lodge allows guests to enjoy the peacefulness of  Treetops Estate without distraction.

The Pheasant House at Treetops Lodge & Estate is hidden in the hills behind Rotorua, just 20 kilometres from town. As this is the nearest grocery store, we do recommend purchasing supplies prior to arrival.

Pheasant House Rates

The above rates are subject to a 15% Goods and Services Tax.

Optional Meals:

• Breakfast and dinner served at the main lodge - NZ$160.00 + GST per adult per night, or NZ$125.00 + GST per child per night (aged 5 - 11 years.) 
• Baby cot available at no extra charge
• Picnics or A La Carte lunches are available by arrangement at the Main Lodge or please talk to us if you have alternative meal arrangements in mind
