Rates:

Important Notes:

1. Rates are quoted on a per person per night basis, double/twin or single occupancy.
2. All rates are quoted in New Zealand dollars and exclude government Goods & Services Tax of 12.5% (GST) unless otherwise stated.
3. Rates are inclusive of accommodation, full breakfast, pre dinner cocktails, 4 course dinner and selected lodge activities.
4. Room configuration Suite, 1 x King or 2 x Single, maximum number of persons is 2.
5. Room configuration Villa, 1 x King or 2 x Single, maximum number of persons is 3. (Roll-away available). See additional rate.
6. Child Rate is for children less than 12 years. Less than 2 years old free of charge – cot available at no extra cost.
7. Complimentary Lodge on-site activities include access to 70kms of hiking / jogging trails, nature walks, unguided trout fishing in the lakes and mountain bike tracks. Between December and February guests receive complimentary participation in our guided nature activities (twice daily, each 1 hour duration). This varies daily to suit visitors' interests, weather and wildlife. Nature activities may include: ancient rainforest, waterfalls, over a dozen native birds, freshwater life, deer and buffalo. Evening walks include Kiwi in the wild, glow worms and star constellations such as the Southern Cross.
8. All rates/packages are current at the time of publication however must be confirmed at the time of booking.
9. In order to confirm a reservation we require a deposit of 25% of the total cost. The deposits can either be made in the form of bank transfer, bank cheque or credit card details and expiry date. Reservations made within 7 days of arrival will be accepted with credit card and bank transfers.
10. In the event we are unable to re-place a cancelled booking the following charges apply: if cancelled within 30 days of arrival then 50% of the total cost of the booking will be charged and if cancelled within 7 days of arrival then 100% of the total cost of the booking will be charged.
11. Surcharge applicable on December 25th (Christmas Day) and December 31st (New Year’s Eve) of NZ$300.00 per adult, plus GST and NZ$150.00 per child, plus GST (under 12 years of age) – from the 2007/2008/2009 season.
12. Airport transfer optional, to/from Rotorua Airport, from NZ$165.00 + GST each way.
