Rates:

Important Notes:

1. Rates are quoted on a per person per night basis, double/twin or single occupancy.
2. All rates are quoted in New Zealand dollars and exclude Government Goods & Services Tax of 15% (GST). 
3. Rates are inclusive of accommodation, full breakfast, pre dinner cocktails, dinner with complimentary house wine and selected lodge activities.
4. One additional adult in Villas is permitted, see additional rate.
5. Child Rate is for children under 12 years (3-11 years, 2 years and under FOC).
6. Complimentary Lodge on-site activities include access to 70kms of hiking / walking trails, hiking equipment, unguided trout fishing in the lakes, mountain biking, and lake kayaking.
7. All rates/packages are current at the time of publication however must be confirmed at the time of booking.
8. In order to confirm a reservation we require a deposit of 25% of the total cost.  The deposits can either be made in the form of bank transfer, bank cheque or credit card details and expiry date.  Reservations made within 7 days of arrival will be accepted with credit card and bank transfers.
9. In the event we are unable to re-place a cancelled booking the following charges apply: if cancelled within 8 to 30 days of arrival then 50% of the total cost of the booking will be charged and if cancelled within 7 days prior to arrival, then 100% of the total cost of the booking will be charged.
10. Surcharge Christmas Day & New Years Eve $300.00 per adult & $150 per child (plus GST).
11. Cancelation Policy: For reservations between 15 December and 15 January: Cancellations made within 60 days prior to arrival incur a 25% cancellation fee for each night cancelled. Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival incur a 100% cancellation fee for each night cancelled.
